Using the service
ResumeHQ is provided free of charge, currently in beta. You may use it to analyze, generate, and manage your own resumes, cover letters, and related job-search content. You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you upload — don't submit resumes or job descriptions that aren't yours to use, and don't use the service for anything illegal or to generate content intended to mislead an employer.
Your content
You own the resumes, cover letters, and other content you create or upload. We don't claim any ownership over it, and we don't use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for how it's stored and processed.
AI-generated output
Analyses, cover letters, interview questions, and other AI-generated content are produced automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Review everything before using it — we don't guarantee any particular outcome (interviews, job offers, ATS pass rates, etc.).
No warranty
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, while it's in active development. Features, limits, and pricing may change.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service (e.g. attempting to bypass usage limits or submitting harmful content).
