AI-written resumes are everywhere. Here's what gives them away — and how to keep the AI edge without the tells.
The tells
1. **Every bullet starts with "Spearheaded" / "Orchestrated" / "Leveraged".**
2. **Vague hyper-superlatives**: "world-class", "cutting-edge", "seamless".
3. **No numbers, but lots of adjectives.**
4. **Perfect symmetry** — every bullet exactly 2 lines.
5. **Skills you've never used** casually added to your Skills section.
The fix
Use AI to draft and score — then edit like a human. Vary verbs, add real numbers, and cut anything you couldn't defend in an interview.
